1. Digital Products (Non‑Refundable)

All digital products — including guides, templates, downloads, trainings, and memberships — are non‑refundable once delivered. Because digital items cannot be “returned,” all sales are final.

2. Physical Products (If Applicable)

If your store includes physical items, the following applies:

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused

  • In its original packaging

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery

Certain items may be exempt from returns for hygiene or safety reasons.

  • Memberships or subscriptions

3. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to complete the refund.

Shipping fees are non‑refundable.


4. Exchanges

6. Sale Items

Only regular‑priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
